Our property team have an average of 17 years’ market experience and have been with Threadneedle for more than nine years on average. This stability has been a key factor in the team’s success. Indeed we have been awarded the Fund Manager of the Year at the 2009 Property Week Awards – the fourth time we have won this high profile award.
